Fabricators are encouraged to consider building some tables to sell in their neighborhood. The suggested price is $700-$900. Because parts cost to build tables in small volumes is low for fabricators they could make money. Because of the alley pool’s light weight a table would be easily delivered to the buyer. The table can be made very attractive by covering it with Formica. Fabricators could sell tables without Formica and have the buyer go to a local woodshop to get Formica on the table.
The inventor would like to receive a modest loyalty for alley pool tables that are sold. If a company was to manufacture thousands of alley pool tables the inventor would charge a royalty fee of about five dollars each. The $20 fee for the plans includes royalties for two tables. Fabricators selling more tables do not need to pay royalties till they sell more than 100 tables.
